History of Thermomix
Invented in 1971
Created in 1971, it is still owned by the same family,one of the largest direct sales companies in Europe. It has been the tool of choice for many top chefs for a long time because of its amazing accuracy ensuring dishes can be created to the same standards time after time
Tm6 was introduced in 2019 and being wifi and bluetooth enabled and linked to Cookidoo, the 80,000 strong recipe app, it has opened the door for everyone to be able to produce restaurant quality foods easily
THERMOMIX





Dough Mode
The dough mode rotates the blades clockwise and anti clockwise to replicate the effect of kneading by hand
2 minutes kneading in thermomix is equivalent to 10 minutes kneading by hand

Thicken Mode
The Thicken mode is the secret to silky smooth sauces every time. Whether savoury, like Hollandaise and Bearnaise, or sweet, like Custard or Lemon Curd, using thicken mode will ensure lump free sauce every time

Fermentation Mode
The Fermentation mode is used to prove dough or making things like soft cheese, yoghurt and Kimchi.
You have a controlled humidity at temperatures of 37-70C which remain stable for up to 12 hours

Sugar Stage Mode
Create different stages of sugarwork such as fudge, caramel, honeycomb, nougat and loads more effortlessly. Just simply follow the on screen instructions for perfect results you can be proud of

Rice Cooker Mode
Fluffy perfectly cooked rice every time with Thermomix rice cooker
Just weigh your rice into the simmering basket, wash the starch out thoroughly with cold water, place water, seasoning and washed rice into the bowl and set rice cooker.
As simple as that

Pre Clean Mode
With 5 different settings this mode is great for tough sticky, thick or dough recipes which are harder to clean.
Just add 1 litre of water, a dot of washing up liquid or vinegar into the bowl, set dial to desired setting and "Hey Presto" clean bowl ready to start your next recipe
